Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated July 2026
Today: no real-money charges
Rip It currently runs entirely on play money. Nothing in the app costs real money, so there is nothing to be charged for or refunded. The terms below describe how refunds and cancellations work if and when paid features are enabled.
Digital items are final once opened
Card packs are digital, consumable items. Because a pack's contents are revealed immediately on opening, an opened pack is not refundable. If a purchase fails to deliver (e.g. you were charged but the pack never opened), contact us and we will make it right.
Subscriptions
Any subscription is billed in advance for its term and renews until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period; we do not provide partial-period refunds. Subscriptions bought through the App Store are managed and cancelled in your Apple account settings.
Wallet, deposits & payouts
If a real-money wallet is enabled, funds you add are held as your balance and can be withdrawn to your connected payout account, minus any processor fees. Peer-to-peer marketplace and auction sales settle between users and are final once completed; they are not reversible by us except to correct a clear error.
Purchases made through the App Store
Purchases processed by Apple are subject to Apple's refund process. Request those refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds for App Store transactions directly.
Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us first — most problems are resolved quickly. We investigate every disputed or unauthorized charge and will refund charges we cannot substantiate.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the date, amount, and a short description. We aim to respond within two business days.
